1. What is Eldercare service ?
Purelife Healthcare specially planned Eldercare Service for aged people stays alone here far away from their loved ones. Generally eldercare service divided in two segment-
1. emergency service and the other is
2. Homecare service.
Purelife provides this two kind of service simultaneously for elderly people for not to feel them alone any time.

Our services cover a range of areas, including
1. Emergency response: Just press the button to speak to the Purelife Emergency response team. They will assess your situation and get you any kind of help you need. Help with hospital admission.
2. Purelife Healthcare manages the full admission and ongoing coordination of the member’s hospital stay, coordinating all payments to the hospital and keeping a running total.
3. Family caregiving solutions: Our care managers provide a high level of service to all our customers, promoting choice and control and also delivering care and support service. Basically it covers all medical, non medical and emergency assistance to our member.
3.How many days Minimum have to avail the homecare services ?
Minimum you have to avail 7 days homecare services, but it will be customize up to situation basis.
4.Are the care managers medical person ?
No, care managers are non medical person but they are enough experienced to handle any emergency case or any medical assistance. They are also educated person for follow up to with any doctors or to do any official work .
5.Minimum how many months the care packages will be continue ?
Minimum 4 months you have to continue this package but it will be customize up to situation basis.
6.How quick we will take action against an emergency case ?
Generally we take 15-20 minutes to reach any emergency point and will take action accordingly upon the situation type .
7.will you assist for installation of CCTV ?
Yes we assist.
8. Are the attendants or nurses reliable? How much we can trust on them ?
The attendants we will assign for our customers are all background verified and enough trained to cope up with any situation smoothly, and also they are all our company executive. There is also replacement facility for any moment for any of home care service.
9.Do you provide experienced physiotherapist at home ?
Yes, we provide experienced Physiotherapist at home with reasonable cost .
10.Whether we have a tie up with multispecialty hospitals or not ?
No we have no tie up with any multispecialty hospitals but as we deals with many emergency cases for our members we have a good bonding with some multispecialty hospitals .
11. Do you have panel doctors and what is there qualification ?
Yes ,we have panel doctors and they are generally General Physician in qualification .
12.What are my payment options ?
